The Literary Club and Cultural Club in collaboration with IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai organised an event to commemorate the 100th birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhupen Hazarika on 8th September, 2025 from 12:30 pm at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall. Mrs. Maini Mahanta, Senior Journalist, Author and Editor of Nandini graced the occasion as Chief Guest. Trainees from B.Ed. 1st Semester performed soulful songs and poems to pay their homage to Dr. Hazarika on his 100th birth anniversary.

Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai conducted its Academic & Administrative Audit for the session 2023-25 on 6th September, 2025 from 10 am onwards at the college campus. Prof. Bhaben Tanti, Department of Botany, Gauhati University and Prof. Dhruba Jyoti Saharia, Department of Geography, Gauhati University visited the college as external auditors for the audit. Ms. Sonali Debnath presented a detailed PPT about the college following which the auditors conducted a physical verification of all the infrastructure and learning resources available in the institution.

The students of Nazir Memorial College of Education, Hojai, and Maryam Ajmal Women's College of Science and Technology, Hojai, jointly organized a Teachers' Day celebration on 5th September 2025 at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall, beginning from 10 a.m. onwards. The program was dedicated to honoring the teachers of both colleges. As a gesture of gratitude and appreciation, the students presented tokens of love to their teachers, acknowledging their guidance, dedication, and efforts in educating and nurturing them

The IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai organised Deeksharambh - 3-Day Induction Program for the newly admitted B.Ed. 1st Semester trainees. The event was organised from 2nd to 4th September, 2025 from 10 am onwards at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall.

Mr. Kamaleshwar Kalita, HoD, Dept. of Education, Lanka Mahavidyalaya, graced the occasion as Chief Guest. The faculties of the college gave an orientation on their respective papers. Trainees were also oriented with the code of conduct as well as rules and regulations of the college. During the event, the trainees were given time to familiarise themselves with their mates as well as the college campus.

An Awareness Program on Women's Health and Hygiene was organised by the Women's Cell, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai in collaboration with District Health Services, Hojai and SA- Integrated Counseling and Testing Centre (ICTC), Hojai FRU.
The program was organised on 2nd September, 2025 from 10:30 am onwards at Ajmal Adarsha Jatiya Vidyalaya, Akashiganga, the adopted school of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai with the objective of educating the women and female students of the region about vital health issues.

Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai in collaboration with Maryam Ajmal Women's College of Science and Technology, Hojai celebrated 79th Independence Day on 15th August, 2025 from 8 am onwards at NAMCE campus. Students from Ajmal Group of Institutions as well as Markazul Ma'arif participated in the March past competition.

The Alumni Association in collabortaion with IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai organised Alumni Meet - 2025 on 28/07/2025 at Nazir Ajmal Mrmorial Hall. Prof. Dulumoni Goswami, HoD, Dept. Of Education attended the event as Chief Guest and Prof. Gayatree Goswamee, as Guest of Honor, along with Hon'ble Director of Ajmal Foundation, Dr. Khasrul Islam and other dignitaries from Ajmal Foundation attended the event and enlightened the Alumni with valuable words. More than 400 alumni attended the program.

The IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai organised LECTURE SERIES on FACULTY ENRICHMENT PROGRAM Lecture Series-I :- India's Higher Education Policies: Historical Perspective on 12th July, 2025 from 2 pm onwards at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall. The resource person for the lecture series was Prof. Alak Kumar Buragohain, Chairperson Academics, The Assam Royal Global University and Former Vice Chancellor, Dibrugarh University.

The Placement and Career Counselling Cell of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai organised a Placement Drive for the trainees of B.Ed. 2nd Year who has successfully completed their 2 Year B.Ed. course. The reputed Hojai based institutions like, Ajmal Super - 40, Cambridge English Academy, NRI Public School and New Dawn Senior Secondary School joined the placement drive.

The IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education in collaboration with Mental health and Yoga Club, organised a Sensitisation Program on " Peer Pressure and Academic Stress" on 5th July, 2025 from 11 am onwards at th Conference Hall. The resource person for the program was Dr. Tribeni Saikia, HoD, Department of Education. Mahapurusha Srimanta Sankaradeva Viswavidyalaya.

The 3-Day Workshop on Yoga for Health followed by International Yoga Day 2025 was observed from 19th to 21st June 2025 from 9 am onwards at Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai. The event was organised by IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai.

Observation of Kalaguru Bishnu Rabha Divas at Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai on 20th, June 2025 from 9 am onwawrds at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall.

An Orientation Program on First Aid for Wardens and Incharges of Hostels of Ajmal Group of Institutions was organised on 18th June, 2025. The program was graced by Dr. Priyanka Das, Consultant Medicine Specialist and Dr Pranjal Pramod, DNB ( Surgery), from HAMM Hospital and Research Centre, Hojai as Resource Person. The program was jointly organised by IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Ajmal Foundation and HAMM Hospital

The IQAC, NAMCE in collaboration with Human care Society organized the observation of World Environment Day on 5th June, 2025. Plantation was done in Barpukhuri LP School as well as in G+4 hostel ground.

One-Day National Seminar on Women in North-East India: Literature and Society was organised by the Reseearch Cell in collaboration with IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai on 30th May, 2025 from 10 onwards via blended mode.

The IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai organised 12-day workshop on Micro-Teaching from 10-03-25 to 21-03-25 at the college campus.

The observation of International Women's Day 2025 was jointly organized by the IQACs of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Maryam Ajmal Women's College of Science and Technology, Ajmal Law College, and Haji Ajmal Ali College, Nilbagan. The event took place on March 8th, 2025, starting at 11 am at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall.

The Principals and faculty members attended, and students from the participating institutions performed skits and delivered speeches. Additionally, a session on Women's Health and Hygiene was conducted by Dr. Farjana Habiba Ahmed, a Gynecologist at HAMM Hospital and Research Centre, Hojai.

The IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai organised "Seminar on World Education System" from 3rd March to 7th March, 2025 from 10 am onwards at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall.

During the seminar, the trainees of B.Ed. 1st year presented about the education systems of various developed countries of the world.

Valedictory Program - Festin-O-Beats 3.0, Annual Fest of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai organised on 1st March, 2025 from 11 am onwards at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall.

The IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai in collaboration with the Human Care Society and Haji Abdul Majid Memorial (HAMM) Hospital and Research Centre, Hojai organised "Blood Donation Camp" on 28th February, 2025 from 11 am onwards at the college campus.
With the noble aim of saving lives by providing blood to those in need, the initiative saw a huge number of donors turning up voluntarily. *As many as 41 units of blood were donated to the blood bank of HAMM Hospital.*
Among the donors, the notable ones were Dr. Khasrul Islam, the director of Ajmal Foundation, Dr. M.R.H Azad, the General Manager of Ajmal Foundation, Dr. Ashis Saha, the Principal of NAMCE, Mr. Abdul Samad, Trustee of Human Care Society along with the staff members and students from Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai, Maryam Ajmal Women's College of Science and Technology, Hojai and Human Care Society.
Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education thanks all the donors as well as the team from Human Care Society and Haji Abdul Majid Memorial (HAMM) Hospital and Research Centre, Hojai for their efforts in making this noble initiative a success.

Swachh Bharat Abhiyan was conducted by Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education at Bhuyan Nagar, Hojai in collaboration with the Human Care Society to sensitize the local community of the region about cleanliness and Health. In the program, two dustbins were donated to the Local Masjid to maintain the cleanliness.

The IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai in collaboration with National Science Centre, Guwahati organised MOBILE SCIENCE EXHIBITION for the students of Ajmal Adarsha Jatiya Vidyalaya, Akashiganga, the adopted school of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai.
The Exhibition was organised on 25th February, 2025 from 11 am onwards at the school campus which proved to be a unique experience for the students of the school.

Blanket Distribution was done at Gauranagar, the adopted village of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai on 22nd February, 2025 from 11 am onwards.

The initiative was organised by the IQAC of the college to distribute blankets to the needy residents of the village.

The Annual Social Meet - 2025 "Festin-o-Beats 3.0" of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education was organised from 18th to 20th February, 2025. The Session was inaugurated by Chief Guest Dr. MRH Azad, General Manager, Ajmal Foundation in the august presence of Captain Pillai, Chief Administrator and other dignitaries from Ajmal Foundation. In the Day-3 cultural program was graced by chief guest Dr. Jawahira Tabassum, Deputy Director, Department of School Education, Government of Assam and followed by Dr. Samim Sofika Begum, College Inspector, AGI as guest of Honor.

15th February, 2025: The IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai organised educational field trip to Umrangso Golf Field, Dima Hasao, Assam as part of the 2-Year B.Ed. curriculum. The students of B.Ed. 1st year were accompanied by The Principal, Dr. Ashis Saha and faculty members.

11th February, 2025: The District Health Society, Hojai in collaboration with IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai organised TB Awareness program for the B.Ed. 1st Year trainees on 11th February, 2025 from 1pm onwards at the Seminar Hall. The dignitaries from DHS, Hojai explained the symptoms of Tuberculosis (TB) as well as conducted screening for the attendees having symptoms of it.

Moments from the interactive session with the Speaker of the month, Dr. Abdul Awal, Principal, Dinhata College, Cooch Behar, West Bengal and Founder Principal of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai. The Second session was attended by faculties of the College on "Understanding NAAC Accreditation: Purpose, Preparedness and Procedure". Both the sessions proved to be enriching and enlightening for the students as well as the faculties.

Orientation on How to write and Present a Research Paper was organised on 6th February, 2025 from 11 am onwards at the Seminar Hall. The B.Ed. trainees were briefed about the basics of writing and presenting a research paper.

Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai observed Road Safety Awareness Month on 30th January, 2025 from 12 noon onwards at the Seminar Hall. Saklin Mustak, Assistant Professor, NAMCE presented a PPT and stressed on the safety measures that needed to be taken while driving. The session was attended by the B.Ed. 1st year trainees along with the Principal and faculty members.

The Electoral Literacy Club in collaboration with IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education celebrated 15th National Voters' Day on 25th January, 2025 from 12:30 pm onwards at the Seminar Hall.

Dr. Intekhab Alam Khan, CAO, AGI, AF and Mr. K. Rasiananda Singha, Asst. Prof., NAMCE shared their insights on the importance of voting rights of citizens as well as the election procedure in India which proved to be an enriching and enlightening session for the B.Ed. trainees.

The IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education organised Educational trip to Rajbari Archaeological site, Jugijan on 28th December, 2024 from 10 am onwards at Jugijan, Hojai.

The IQAC of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education organized Industrial visit to A.W. industry, an entity that sells packaged drinking water in and around the district and is located at Barpukhuri area of Hojai. The Principal, Dr. Ashis Saha and the faculties along with the students of B.Ed. 1st year took part in the visit which proved to be a unique learning experience for all.

The District Health Society in collaboration with IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education organised "Awareness Program on Harmful Effects of Tobacco and Mental Health" on 12th December, 2024 from 11 am onwards at the Conference Hall of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education.

Two-Day Yoga Workshop organized by IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai on 6th and 7th December, 2024 from 9 am onwards at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall.
Mr. Ashik Aley, Physical Education Teacher, AMRS, Jugijan and Ms. Madhusmita Gogoi, Physical Education Teacher, AMRS, Gopalnagar, Hojai graced the event as resource persons.

To welcome the freshers of batch 2024-26, the Students' Council in collaboration with IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai organised "Genesis Gala: Freshers Meet cum Induction Programme-2024" on 28th November, 2024 from 10 am onwards at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall.

The event included cultural performances, solo and group dance, solo songs, ethnic shows and many more. The day concluded with valuable words from the Director of Ajmal Foundation, Dr. Khasrul Islam who welcomed the freshers and also wished them luck for their 2-Year B.Ed. journey in the college.

The IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai in collaboration with IQAC, Assam Down Town University organised CPR Training on 27th November 2024 from 10:30 am onwards at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall.

Resource person from ADTU graced the event and trained the faculties and B.Ed. trainees about how to give CPR. The session proved to be a significant one for the attendees.

"One Day Training Programme on Roles and Responsibilities of Field Investigators for PARAKH RASHTRIYA SARVEKSHAN 2024" was organised on 26th November, 2024 from 11 am onwards at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall. The event was organised by District Institute for Education and Training (DIET), Nagaon in collaboration with IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai.

Students from Krishna Bora B.Ed. college also attended the program.

The Library Committee in collaboration with IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education celebrated National Library Week from 14th to 18th November, 2024 at the college premises.
Book Exhibition, Bookmark making competition and Book Review and Presentation competition were organised as part of the celebration. Students from both B.A and B.Ed. section took part in the week-long celebration which proved to be an exciting and enriching one.

12th November, 2024 (Day 2): As part of the 2-day Observation of National Education Day-2024, the IQAC of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education organised an event which was graced by SHRI HRISHIKESH GOSWAMI, Secretary, Children's Literary Trust and Renowned writer and Media Advisor to the former Chief Minister of Assam, Shri Sarbananda Sonowal.

Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education under the aegis of AJMAL FOUNDATION donated cash prizes to Five renowned teachers, (3 from Gauranagar village, 1 from Singari basti and 1 from Nagaon district) for their services.

Dr. Ajit Bharali, Associate Professor, Kumar Bhaskar Varma Sanskrit and Ancient Studies University, Nalbari graced the occasion as Chief Guest. He also unveiled the handwritten magazine, "Budhidroom" written by the B.Ed. trainees under the guidance of the faculties of the college.

The IT Cell in collaboration with IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education organised an Orientation program on Learning Management System and E-resources on 4th November, 2024 from 2 pm onwards at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall.

The B.Ed. trainees were given an orientation including demonstration about the E-resources available in the institution which includes LMS, OPAC, Google Classroom etc.

The Alumni Association in collaboration with IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education organised an Interactive session for the B.Ed. trainees on 29th October, 2024 from 11 am onwards at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall.
The speakers for the session were Mr. Toufik Ahmed and Ms. Snigdha Das, Alumnus of the college who shared valuable inputs about how to tackle the challenges that arises while pursuing the B.Ed. program.

24th October, 2024: The Library Committee in collaboration with IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education organised the Observation of International Library Day on 24th October, 2024 from 1 pm onwards at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall.

Mrs. Achala Bhattacharjee, Librarian, Rabindranath Tagore University graced the occasion as Chief Guest and enlightened the attendees with her insights on the significance of the Library.

The Women's Cell and Committe against Sexual Harassment at Workplace in collaboration with IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education organised Legal awareness programme on 24th October, 2024 from 2:30 pm onwards at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall.

An Awareness Program on Grievance Redressal System was organized by the Grievance Redressal Cell in collaboration with the IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education on 21st October, 2024 from 3 PM onwards at the Seminar Hall. The objective of the event was to educate B.Ed. trainees about the Grievance Redressal System of the college.

The event was graced by Dr. Samim Sofika Begum, College Inspector, AGI, Ajmal Foundation, who served as the resource person and provided valuable insights on the topic to the attendees.

The Beautification Cell, in collaboration with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, organized Awareness Program on Campus Cleanliness on 19th October, 2024. The event, which commenced at 1:30 pm in the Seminar Hall, aimed to encourage the B.Ed. trainees to actively participate in maintaining cleanliness and contribute towards a cleaner and healthier campus.

The Alumni Association in collaboration with IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education organised "Unlocking Success: The Power of Confidence and Commitments" on 4th of October, 2024 from 12 pm onwards at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall.

The resource person for the event was Ms. Susmita Ghosh, Alumni (Batch- 2021-2023) who delivered a speech on how confidence and commitments can take one to the door of success. She also encouraged the attendees of B.Ed. program to pursue their dreams with utmost sincerity and dedication.

An Awareness Program on Gender Sensitization was organized by Women's Cell in collaboration with IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai on 4th October, 2024 from 2 pm onwards at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall. The program covered the following topics:
1. The Protection of women from Domestic Violence act, 2005.
2. Laws related to Women in BNS, BNSS and BSA.
3. The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

Faculties from Ajmal Law College delivered their expertise on the above-mentioned topics which proved to be enlightening and enriching for the B.Ed. trainees as well as the staffs of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education.

On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, the Waste Management and Energy Policy Execution Committee and Beautification Cell in collaboration with IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education organised a cleanliness drive in and around the college campus on 2nd October, 2024 from 8 am onwards.

Students from the 1st and 2nd Year B.Ed. program, along with staff members, participated in the initiative, demonstrating the college's dedication to promoting a clean, green, and healthy environment.

Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai carried out surveys on Literacy rate, Sex Ratio and Cleanliness on 18th September 2024 from 10 am onwards at Gauranagar, an adopted village of the college.
50 students from B.Ed. 2nd Year conducted the surveys under the supervision of the Principal, Dr. Ashis Saha and faculty members of the college.

In order to aware the students and staff about potential frauds via phones calls and various other financial risks in the present era, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education joined hands with Centre for Financial Literacy, Dholpukhuri Block, Hojai to organize an event named "Financial Literacy Program" on 13th September, 2024 from 10:30 am onwards at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall.

The students of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education and Maryam Ajmal Women's College of Science and Technology organized the celebration of Teachers' Day on 5th September, 2024 from 11 am onwards at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall. It was a heart-warming gesture by the students to have organized such a wonderful event.

The IQAC of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education organized "Understanding NAAC Binary Accreditation Framework" on 2nd September, 2024 from 3:30 pm onwards at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall. The event was organized to familiarize the faculties with the NAAC Binary Accreditation Framework which will come into force from September, 2024. Faculties of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Maryam Ajmal Women's College of Science and Technology and Ajmal Law College attended the event which proved to be an enriching one.

The Students Council and IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai organised "Au Revoir" (Farewell for B.Ed. Batch- 2022-24) on 20th August, 2024 from 3 pm onwards at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall.
The event was graced by Hon'ble Director of Ajmal Foundation, Dr. Khasrul Islam along with Dr. R.K, Chief Academic Officer, AGI and other dignitaries of Ajmal Foundation. The college fraternity led by the Principal, Dr. Ashis Saha along with the entire staff members ensured that the outgoing trainees had a memorable day that marked the end of their 2-Year B.Ed. program and wished them luck for their future endeavors.

To observe the 78th Independence Day, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai, Maryam Ajmal Women's College of Science and Technology and Ajmal Super 40 joined hands and hoisted the Tricolour at NAMCE campus.

Mr. Jahidul Haque Choudhury, Manager, Ajmal Foundation graced the occasion as Chief Guest and unfurled the nation flag in the presence of Dr. Ashis Saha, Principal of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education as well as esteemed faculties, staffs and students of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Maryam Ajmal Women's College of Science and Technology and Ajmal Super 40.

The IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai organized "Science Talks" on 12th August, 2024 from 11 am onwards at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall. The resource person for the talk was the young prodigy, Prof. Suborno Isaac Bari, Scientist and Visiting Professor of Physics. Prof. Bari took sessions on Physics and Mathematics and also interacted with the students of Ajmal Group of Institutions. The event was graced by Mr. Sirajuddin Ajmal, Hon'ble MLA, Binnakandi, Former MP, Barpeta & Managing Trustee, Ajmal Foundation along with Dr. Khasrul Islam, Director, Ajmal Foundation as well as other dignitaries from Ajmal Foundation.

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai in collaboration with S.S Technologies organized "One-day workshop on How to use LMS software" for the faculties on 31st July, 2024 at the Seminar Hall from 11:30 am onwards. The resource person from S.S Technologies demonstrated how to use the software effectively.

In an initiative to make the campus friendly for specially-abled students, Divyangjan Committee and IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai organised "3-Day Workshop on Disability Accessibility: Empowering Inclusion" from 28th to 30th July, 2024 at the college premises. Prof. Bishnupada Nanda, Jadavpur University, West Bengal graced the occasion as the resource person and enlightened the college staff with his expertise. He also suggested measures through which the campus can be made disabled friendly.

The Research Committee and IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai organized "3-Day Workshop on Research Methodology" from 25th to 27th of July, 2024 at the Conference Hall. Prof. R.K Rath (Retd.), Dept. of English, Rabindranath Tagore University graced the event as the resource person and enlightened the participants with his expertise in research methodology.

The Research Committee and IQAC of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai organized 2-Day National Seminar on NEP 2020: Paradigm Shift in Approaches to Evaluation and Pedagogy on 22nd and 23rd July, 2024 from 2 pm to 4 pm via Google Meet. The resource person for the seminar was Prof. Nityanand Pradhan, Regional Institute of Education, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Faculties along with the trainees of B.Ed. 2nd Year attended the seminar which proved to be an enriching and enlightening one.

The Disaster Management Committee and IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education in collaboration with Hojai Fire Station organised a Fire Safety Drill at the college premises on 22nd July, 2024 from 11 am onwards. The drill was organised to prepare the students and the staff how to act in case of emergency.

An Invited Talk on Indian Knowledge System was organized by Research Committee and IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai on 13th July, 2024 from 2:30 pm onwards at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall. The program was graced by Prof. Amalendu Chakraborty, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, Rabindranath Tagore University, Hojai, as resource person. The event was attended by the Principals, Vice Principals and Teachers of Hojai based Ajmal Group of Institutions which proved to be an enlightening and enriching one.

In its bid to help the people in need, the IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai in collaboration with Human Care Society, organized an Emergency Flood Relief in various affected parts of Karimganj district in Assam. The college has extended relief aid to a total of 425 families. The distressed people were provided with Poha, Biscuit, Candles, drinking water as well as other essential food items

The IQAC of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai in collaboration with Recovery Welness Society in association with Users Network Assam organised a 3 Day Anti Drug Awareness Campaign from 24th to 26th June, 2024 to mark the International Day against Drug abuse and Illicit Trafficking.
An Art Competition was Organised on 25th June under the Theme- SUPPORT DON'T PUNISH and a Walkathon was also organised from Hojai Panchali to Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education. Personalities like reigning Miss Assam, Miss Anamika Borah, Renowned Actor, Mr. Gaurab Borah, Mr. Anupam Rohit, Project Head of RWS, Dr. Khasrul Islam, Director, Ajmal Foundation, Dr. M.R.H Azad, General Manager, Ajmal Foundation, Dr. Ashis Saha, Principal of NAMCE along with other dignitaries from Ajmal Foundation as well as staff members of NAMCE took part in the Walkathon which was followed by a program at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall.

On the occasion of World Environment Day, 2024, the IQAC of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai in collaboration of Dept. of Environment and Forest, Kapili Valley Range, Hojai organized a Plantation drive from 1 pm onwards at Gauranagar, an adopted village of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai.
100 plant saplings were planted during the drive.
Mr. Anupam Das, Forest Range Officer, Kapili Valley Range, Hojai graced the occasion as Chief Guest. The dignitaries from Ajmal Foundation as well as Gauranagar village were also present during the event. The Principal, Dr. Ashis Saha along with Students and staff members of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai hosted the event and ensured its successful completion.

One-day workshop on Research Methodology was organized by the Research Committee in collaboration with Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai. The workshop was aimed at enhancing the research skills and methodologies of the participants, targeting students and faculty members. The resource person was Prof. R.K Rath (Retd.), Dept. of English, Rabindranath Tagore University, Hojai.

An awareness program on Anti-tobacco was held on 31st May 2024 on the occassion on World No Tobacco Day at azir Ajmal Memorial Hall. The event was organized by IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai in collaboration with District Hub for Women Empowerment,Hojai.

An awareness Program on Menstrual Health and Hygiene was organized on 30th May, 2024 at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall by District Hub for Empowerment of Women, Hojai in collaboration with IQAC and Women's Cell, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai.

An awareness program on Global Biodiversity Conservation was organized by Environmental Club in collaboration with IQAC of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai on 22nd May 2024 at Pranabananda Vidya Mandir, Hojai.

The Cultural Club in collaboration with the IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai organized a Cultural Programme on 24th May, 2024 from 1 pm at Bibekananda Bidyalaya Senior Secondary School, Hojai as part of Internship school activity of B.Ed. trainees.
The event included solo and group songs, dances as well as speeches by the students of the school.

The IQAC organized an awareness program titled "Understanding Good touch and Bad touch" for the children of SOS Children's Village, Hojai on 20th May, 2024 at their premises from 5 pm onwards.
4 B.Ed. trainees demonstrated during the event. At least 85 children attended the program.

7 Day workshop on Yoga for Health was organized by the IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education from 9th to 15th May, 2024 for the students of BA and B.Ed. section at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall.

The IQAC in collaboration with the Dept. of English, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai celebrated the 163rd Birth Anniversary of Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore on 8th of May, 2024 from 11 am onwards at Nazir Ajmal Memorial Hall. Poem recitation and Speech competition was organised where students from Rabindranath Tagore University and Hojai Girls' College also took part. Dr. R.K Rath, Chief Academic Officer, Ajmal Foundation graced the occasion as judge.

A seminar on Environmental Education for Sustainable Development was organized by IQAC from 12:30 pm onwards at the Seminar Hall. The trainees of B.Ed. 2nd Year presented their papers on Environmental Education and shed light on how Sustainable Development can help in judicious use of natural resources which in turn will fulfil the needs of future generations.

The 4th Governing Body Meeting of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai was held on 30th March, 2024 at the Principal's Chamber.

Workshop on Preparation of Lesson Plan was organized on18th and 19th March, 2024 from 10 am onwards at Seminar Hall.

International Women's Day 2024 (Theme: Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress) was observed on 8th March, 2024. A debate competition was organized on the topic “Quota is the best possible step to increase the number of women in leadership roles”.

3 Day "Faculty Development Program" organized by IQAC, Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai in collaboration with Ajmal Super-40 and Ajmal IAS Academy for the Principal and Teachers of Ajmal Group of Institutions. The event was organised from 5th to 7th March, 2024.

5-Day Faculty Development Program on Mentoring Pedagogy and Classroom Delivery Enhancement Techniques from 27th February to 2nd March 2024. It was jointly organized by Ajmal Law College and Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai in collaboration with Skillfinity, Guwahati. The resource person was Mr. Anjan Chowdhury, Founder, Skillfinity.

The Annual Social Meet of Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai (Festin-O-Beats 2.0) was organised from 21st to 23rd February, 2024 at the college premises. The program was graced by Dr. Khasrul Islam, Hon'ble Director, Ajmal Foundation, as Chief Guest followed by other dignitaries from Ajmal Foundation. The event included cultural, sports as well as traditional events over the course of three days.

The observation of 75th Republic day was jointly organised by Nazir Ajmal Memorial College of Education, Hojai and Maryam Ajmal Women's College of Science and Technology, Hojai.
